• Back-In Sites: All campsites at Hidden Mountain ATV Resort are designated as back-in sites.
• Electric Hookups: Each hookup campsite offers both 30amp and 50amp electric hookups for your convenience.
• Sleeping Units: Only one sleeping unit per campsite is allowed. This can be an RV, camper, toy hauler, box trailer, or tent.
• 
  
• Vehicle and Camping Unit Allowance: Each campsite permits one vehicle and one ATV trailer or one camping unit to ensure sufficient space for your machines.
• Additional Vehicles and Trailers: Any extra vehicles or trailers beyond the allocated allowance will need to be parked in a designated overflow area. A fee of $10 per vehicle/trailer per night will be charged for this service.
• Tent Restrictions: Please note that tents are not permitted on sites 1 to 8. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this rule.
• Rug Placement: You are welcome to place rugs on the concrete pads of your campsite, but please refrain from placing them on the grass.
• Meeting Spot Usage: The campsite yard cannot be used as a gathering spot for groups who are not registered guests at Hidden Mountain ATV Resort. If you require a designated area for a large group gathering, picnic, or meeting, please speak with our office staff to rent an appropriate space.

• Deposit: To secure your campsite reservation, a deposit of half the total amount is required. This deposit can be paid using VISA or Mastercard.
• Reservation Hold: Once the reservation is confirmed and the deposit is received, the selected campsite(s) will be taken off the rental market and held exclusively for you.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We accept Visa or Mastercard for the balance payment, which will be charged to the card on file.

• Cancellations Prior to 30 Days: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of $53.00, plus 6% of the total amount paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations Within 30-15 Days: Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit amount. The remaining balance will be refunded.
• Cancellations Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the total amount paid. No refund will be provided.
• Charge Backs: Guests are not permitted to claim charge backs or credits from their credit card company for any fees charged to their credit card, including but not limited to the deposit, balance, or additional damages or security deposit fees.
• No Refunds for Non-Arrival, Early Departure, or Bad Weather: Please note that there will be no refund provided in the event of failure to show up, early departure, or inclement weather conditions.
